SLR Labor Works, LLC, is a family-owned company that specializes in helping US companies meet their labor force needs by placing willing and able workers where and when they need them most.

For the past 5 years, SLR has placed approximately 3,000 employees in various U.S. companies.  Our workers specialize in construction, farming, cattle feeding, nurseries, and other labor intensive industries.  We have also placed, or, facilitated nurses, civil engineers, and other middle management positions. 

We are located in Mexico and in San Antonio, Texas, where we have our legal office.  From this office we take care of the certifications through the U.S. Department of Labor and Homeland Security, and the visa processes for the employees.  We pride ourselves in our ability to recruit and retain qualified workers through our recruiting offices in Zaragoza, Coahuila, Mexico, and in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.  A thorough background check and drug screening test on all of our applicants further ensures their ability to perform.  We are able to meet a company's specific labor needs because of the diverse training and experience of our workers.
